Small batch hand dyed embroidery thread with a gorgeous silky sheen. Using home grown Marigold from my garden, these skeins are perfect for all your stitching needs.
Colourway: Marigold Three Ways - Flowers Only, Flowers, Leaves & Stems (Cool Extract), and Flowers, Leaves & Stems (Hot Extract)
3 x 3g skeins of Embroidery Thread: 100% Silk. Each skein is approx. 24 meters in length.
Suitable for machine washing but hand washing is preferable. Dry flat.
All thread is hand dyed in single or small batches then washed and dried ready to be knit up into your own unique creation. All yarns were pre mordanted with Alum prior to dyeing. Different fibres naturally take colours differently, resulting in a beautiful array of complimentary tones and texture.
While I have tried to capture the colours as best I can, please be aware colours may vary from those shown here. All natural dyes have varying light and wash fastness and you may want to consider this when planning your project.
