Colourway: Fresh Home Grown Indigo Duo
Two skeins dyed with indigo from my garden, the first with leaves fresh from the plant and the second utilising the same leaves and gentle heat.
2 x 100g skeins of hand dyed Recycled Sari Silk Ribbon
Each 100g skein is about 50 meters / 54 yards in length and 2-2.5 cms / 1-1.5 inches wide.
I recommend hand washing in cool water and drying flat.
This ribbon is made of Sari material from recycled clothing and as such each skein is unique in individual texture and frequency of joins, etc. and may contain additional fabric types to silk.
All yarn is hand dyed in single or small batches then washed and dried ready to be knit up into your own unique creation. Different fibres naturally take colours differently, resulting in a beautiful array of complimentary tones and texture.
While I have tried to capture the colours as best I can, please be aware colours may vary from those shown here. All natural dyes have varying light and wash fastness and you may want to consider this when planning your project.
